Romo's Bakery: The concept, The Legacy

For as long as I could remember I have always wanted to work for myself.  To be successful in life and to make a good living has been my dream, well that and to carry on the family legacy. Legacy, you ask?  Lets do a small history lesson on my family..  it's easier to look at the tree below My great grandfather Joseph (Joe) Romo opened a bakery called "Hollbrook Bakery" and kept it running for over 20 years before retiring.  His bakery used to sell all kinds of fresh donuts, pastries, breads, and pies.. all made from scratch!  The man did well for himself and his family.  He passed the bakery to my grandfather E.M. Romo who in turn changed it to Romo's Cafe which it remains today, however it is now in the hands of my Aunt Phyllis and her family.  Owning a business has been all I know and all i've wanted to do for quite some time.  I want to follow in the footsteps of my great grandfather Joe Romo.  Though I never got to meet him, I want to make him proud.
